Leon Gellings

I am Leon Gellings, a freelancing sports journalist from Düsseldorf. When I was little, all I wanted to do was to see my favorite football players in the stadium - now I think a lot about why much professional sports have become hard to watch. It interests me to see how many societal phenomenons and problems resurface in sports, and ideally, how its actors can work as a motor for change.
